Constructed with heavy-duty, weld-spatter resistant rails made from special grey cast iron (GG) or a non-ferrous alloy (Al/Cu), this table ensures durability and flexibility. Its innovative design allows for the individual removal of rails to accommodate bulky welding assemblies easily.
With a capability to handle point loads up to 1.5 tons and area loads up to 2.0 tons, plus a surface evenness of +/- 0.05 mm, it delivers unparalleled precision. The table’s surface can be inclined up to 45° in both directions, offering an adaptable workspace. The electro-hydraulic height adjustment feature allows the working height to range from 550 to 1050 mm, providing a foundation for a comfortable and ergonomic welding or assembly station.
